About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah,
I'm a
Soulful
Sister
I am a Soulful Sister who has walked the human path of knowledge and understanding in search of my spirit. In search of my true nature. I have fallen to my knees repeatedly, tripped over my own ignorance and suffered pain, loss, and heartache.
Sound Familiar?
I lived a solitary life for over three and half years in remote parts of Scotland. It is here I rediscovered my spirit. It was a time of peaceful and deep introspection and with this came my connection to the Divine.
It was in my deep connection to the land that I discovered my spirit has always existed inside of me – I am Spirit. I am my true Nature.
I am a sister of Christ Consciousness, of Shiva Energy, of Kundalini Awakening that I manage and maintain with dedication in Silence and Breath and my deep connection to the land and to nature.
My life journey has brought me the
Gift of Awakened Consciousness.

I have devoted my life to service, working with chronically ill, vulnerable and hard to reach people.
​
I hold a HND & BA(Hons). I am a Social Psychologist and I hold a Masters in Higher and Further Education. I have been a Lecturer for 25 years – teaching the skills and knowledge to people who wish to work in the Health Sector. To become Health Professionals -To become of Service in our world.
​
For the past two and half years I have been running my own business. I am an End-of-Life care giver, specialising in Dementia related illnesses, living with clients in their own homes. Supporting my clients and their families with empathy, love, kindness and compassion.
​
I am a Circle Facilitator, creating a safe space for everyone to be Held and Honoured.
​
I am a healer - A Reiki Master for over 27 years.
